Ratcliff & Roper Print Group — Trading Terms (Summary)
1. All orders are subject to our full
Terms & Conditions.
2. New accounts are opened on
proforma terms (payment with order) unless credit has been approved in writing by a director.
3. Approved credit accounts are payable within agreed terms from the date of invoice. Overdue accounts incur interest at 8% above Bank of England base rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
4. Ownership of goods remains with Ratcliff & Roper Print Group until payment is received in full.
5. Any dispute with an invoice or delivery must be raised within 10 days of receipt.
6. The Customer warrants that all supplied artwork does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
7. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Your personal data is processed in accordance with our
Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.
9. These terms are governed by English law.
